Interior Space and Exhibition Design Segevart Restaurant by GUY SIROTA The chef's flagship restaurant, the most famous chef in israel, was born out of the chef's desire to actualize all his personal fantasies-serve dishes that seemed like a work of art. The restaurant was inspired by galleries and artistic representatives with a huge iron library that accompanied the entire space of the restaurant up to the gallery floor. In a library of artefacts collected from around the world, the shoe sculpture of Tom Dixon in which the chef served a special dish for an official dinner by the Israel Prime Minister and Japanese Prime Minister.
